Column Boom Manipulator: The welding column & boom ( Manipulator) is ideal fabrication manipulator for petrochemical, heavy engineering, welding, on shore and offshore. The welding column & boom can be used for welding semi-automatically for various jobs, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, colums, boilers, heavy structures, components etc for various welding process like TIG, MIG, SAW, Strip Cladding (SC), Narrow Gap Welding (NAG), hard facing etc process.

Typically, welding head is mounted on manipulator boom, which elevates up/down and travels horizontal In/Out to reach out welding position. The job can be loaded over positioner or rotator to manipulate welding.

V-Weld caters applications from small requirements to highest requirements. Hence, column & boom has been classified for light duty to extra heavy duty requirements with highest pay load capacity upto 600 kgs. The standard range cover upto 8 mtr and extended upto 12 mtr.

V-Weld Column & booms are design for light duty to extra heavy duty, as per the application requirements and pay load capacity upto 600 kgs. The range of travel upto 8 mtr x 8 mtr or extended upto 12 mtr.
