# Light duty Production Positioners are divided in three groups depending upon their application.

1) BELL TYPE POSITIONER MODEL:VPLD-1

2) FIX ANGLE POSITIONER MODEL:VPLD-5

3) PIN LOCKING TILT POSITIONER MODEL:VPLD-10 TO 150

1)BELL TYPE POSITIONER: Small Ball Type of Production positioners are suitable for Electronics, Soldering & Assembly work. It is specially designed for small componets assembly, Brazing, Soldering & other similar work. Additional fixtures are available to improve utility of positioner.

2)FIX ANGLE POSITIONER: Fix angle positioners provides horizontal, vertical & 45° position for mass production welding, soldering & brazing of small assemblies. It provides Only D.C Rotation movement in the range of 6-0.6 RPM.

FIX ANGLE POSITIONER HAVING D.C 360° ROTATION AT 90° POSITION OF ROTATION TABLE WITH D.C VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE.

FIX ANGLE POSITIONER HAVING D.C 360° ROTATION AT HORIZONTAL POSITION OF ROTATION TABLE WITH D.C VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE.

3)PIN LOCKING TILTING POSITIONER: Pin locking positioners provides Manual Tilt & Pin Locking at interval of 15° from 0° to 135° Tilt. Tilting is possible only without load. It gives load range from 100kg to 1500 kgs in different 6 models. D.C rotataional variable speed is available for many different welding applications.
